Emily Hays, PharmD, is the founder and owner of Envy Med Spa in Wichita Falls, Texas, and an advanced aesthetic injector with more than 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.

Emily earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University before bringing her passion for problem-solving and individualized patient care into aesthetics in 2014.

Her advanced expertise includes Botox, artful dermal filler treatments, advanced lip-filler techniques, Sculptra, Kybella, PDO threads and comprehensive facial rejuvenation. She is also a Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician with extensive training in laser hair removal, CO₂ laser treatments, laser facial rejuvenation, body treatments, tattoo removal, microneedling and other advanced aesthetic technologies.

Emily takes an anatomy-based, personalized approach to aesthetics, considering facial proportions, muscle movement, volume loss, skin quality and each patient’s goals before developing a treatment plan. Her philosophy is simple: exceptional aesthetics isn’t about doing more; it’s about knowing what will make the greatest difference for each individual.

Emily founded Envy Med Spa in 2020 with a mission to educate, equip and empower clients to look and feel their best, regardless of age or skin type. Her commitment to advanced education, innovative technology and natural-looking results has made her a trusted name in medical aesthetics throughout Wichita Falls and the surrounding North Texas area.

When Emily isn’t helping her patients look and feel their best, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, golfing, horseback riding and traveling. A true country girl at heart, Emily and her husband live on their ranch outside of Holliday, Texas.

Lori Mullins is a compassionate nurse with a relentless eye for detail. She is a fanatic about all things skin and beauty.  Lori is a licensed vocational nurse with an extensive ten year background in dermatology. Additionally, she has certifications and training with injectables, lasers, and various non-surgical skin devices.

She prides herself on being a people-pleaser and loves helping her clients look and feel their best.  To insure this, she is always learning and developing her aesthetic skills and techniques for naturally beautiful results.

Lori was born in Wichita Falls and raised in Burkburnett where she still resides with her husband of 30 years.  She is a mother to three wonderful adult children and a LoLo (grandmother) to two fantastic boys. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to Port Aransas, her home away from home.
