Emily Hays

Owner, PharmD,
Certified Injector,
Professional Laser Technician

Emily Hays is an expert in all things aesthetics. As the owner/ operator of Envy Med Spa in Wichita Falls, TX, she prides herself on seeking out the absolute latest and greatest in technology and techniques. The result is customized, cutting-edge treatments, for all skin types, designed to help you look and feel your best.

 
Emily began her career in pharmacy, graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. As a pharmacist, she thrived on providing solutions to patients’ problems. In 2014, she turned her results-oriented, solution-minded approach to aesthetics.
An avid learner, Emily obtained multiple certifications in aesthetic medicine including injectables, laser hair removal, laser facial / body treatments, CO2 laser treatments, tattoo removal, PDO threads, micro-needling, and permanent cosmetics.

 
She opened Envy Med Spa in 2020 with one mission in mind, to educate, equip, and empower clients to look and feel their best, regardless of age or skin type. “Aesthetics is not a one-size-fits-all approach,” said Emily. “To me, it’s about really getting to know the clients’ wants and goals and developing a plan to get them there. I love that through our cutting-edge technology, we truly can treat people of all skin types and ages.” Continued education allows Emily to perfect her skills and techniques, provide quality results, and be a true leader in the aesthetic industry.


When not helping clients become the “envy” of friends and family, Emily loves spending time watching her two teen-aged sons play sports, horseback riding (yes, she’s a country girl at heart) and traveling. Emily and her husband live on their ranch outside of Holliday.

Candice is a registered nurse certified in Botox and dermal fillers. She also has extensive laser education and training allowing her to be one of the best laser specialists in the city. Candice has been in the nursing field for the past 15 years and decided to branch out into aesthetics in 2021.

Candice has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently working on her Masters Degree! She has previously specialized in General Surgery, Medical Surgery, and Hospice Care. “I enjoy bringing back confidence by helping my patients achieve the youthful glow they all truly deserve!” said Candice.

Candice is a wife and a new mom to her beautiful baby boy Riggins. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to see new places.

All of our products are FDA approved and bought in the USA. All neurotoxins such as Botox, Xeomin, Dysport are purified proteins. They are then injected by a skilled medical professional only in the areas of desired reduction of lines and wrinkles.

Your appointments are very important to us and reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office 48 hours prior to your appointment at 940-500-1989. Cancellation by phone or in person only. Email, voicemail, Facebook messenger, Instagram messenger or other forms of communication will not be accepted as methods of cancellation.

If the above policy is not met, then you will be charged with a “No Show” fee of $100. Failure to present for service at a scheduled appointment or patients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time are also considered a “No Show”. We ask that you reconcile any no-show fees before scheduling a new appointment. Patients who schedule an appointment and simply do not show up or cancel within the allotted 48 hours will be required to leave a deposit of half (50%) of their scheduled procedure total in order to reschedule their next appointment.

Permanent Cosmetic appointments will require a $100 deposit at the time of scheduling. These procedures require a 7 day cancellation or reschedule notification prior to your appointment. Please make arrangements by calling 940-500-1989. Cancellation by phone or in person only. Email, voicemail, Facebook messenger, Instagram messenger or other forms of communication will not be accepted as methods of cancellation.

Procedures priced $1200 and greater will be required to make a $1000 deposit or 50% of the procedure price at the time of booking, whichever is less. These procedures require a 7 day cancellation or reschedule notification prior to your appointment. Please make arrangements by calling 940-500-1989. Cancellation by phone or in person only. Email, voicemail, Facebook messenger, Instagram messenger or other forms of communication will not be accepted as methods of cancellation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment and you have already paid for a procedure, you will not receive a refund for the amount paid, but will have a credit added to your account that can be used at a later date.
